Key point

TNC is a travel-planning and publishing website. Unless a page expressly states otherwise, TNC is not the merchant, travel agency or supplier for third-party travel products linked from the site.

1. About Travel Network Canada

Travel Network Canada ("TNC", "we", "our" or "us") is an independent travel information and affiliate website operated from Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Our public contact address is info@travelnetworkcanada.com.

2. Planning information and website tools

The site publishes destination information, articles, comparison tools and travel-planning resources. Some pages can display data, widgets or links supplied by third parties. Information can become outdated and should be verified where timing, price, eligibility, safety, entry rules or booking conditions matter.

3. Third-party bookings and payments

When another company handles a booking or purchase, the contract is between you and that provider. The provider controls inventory, final price, payment, confirmation, changes, cancellations, refunds, fulfilment and customer service under its own terms.

TNC does not ask you to enter full payment-card details to complete third-party travel bookings on this site. If a linked provider requests payment information, you are providing it to that provider under its own checkout and policies.

4. Affiliate links, advertising and commercial relationships

TNC may receive a commission or other compensation when visitors use eligible affiliate links, widgets or commercial placements. A commercial relationship does not transfer responsibility for the provider's product or booking to TNC. See the Affiliate Disclosure.

5. AI-assisted trip planning

An optional AI-assisted planning feature may generate a starting itinerary or planning response from the information you submit. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or outdated and is not a live confirmation of fares, availability, visa rules, health guidance, safety conditions or insurance coverage. Verify important details with official sources and providers before relying on them.

Do not enter sensitive personal information, passwords, full payment-card numbers or identity-document numbers into the AI planner.

6. Traveller accounts and My Trips

You may create a Travel Network Canada traveller account to save AI-generated trip plans and access a private planning dashboard. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Do not share a password with TNC staff or submit it through contact or AI-planning forms.

Saved plans are planning notes, not reservations. Saving a plan does not hold a fare, room, vehicle, activity or other travel product, and does not create a booking with a third-party provider.

7. User submissions and comments

If you submit a contact message, blog comment, planning request or other content, you must have the right to provide it and must not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing or malicious material. We may moderate, reject or remove public comments or other submissions where reasonably necessary to operate the site.

8. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass access controls, probe for vulnerabilities, submit fraudulent or automated requests at abusive volume, scrape protected areas, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, TNC's original branding, site design, editorial text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to TNC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Limited personal, non-commercial viewing does not grant a right to republish or commercially reuse site content.

10. Third-party services

Links, widgets and references to third-party services do not constitute a guarantee of availability, suitability, price or service quality. Third-party websites are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue site features, integrations or content without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Partner programs, feeds and APIs can also change independently of TNC.

12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Use of the site is subject to the separate Disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TNC is not responsible for losses arising from a third-party provider's acts or omissions, a visitor's reliance on outdated or incomplete planning information, or interruptions beyond TNC's reasonable control.

13. Privacy

Our handling of information controlled by TNC is described in the Privacy Policy. A third-party booking provider's separate privacy policy applies to information you provide directly to that provider.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the site, integrations or operational practices. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction that applicable law gives you.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact page or to info@travelnetworkcanada.com.
