Privacy & account control
Account data deletion
Travel Network Canada provides signed-in travellers with controls to disconnect connected sign-in providers and permanently delete their TNC traveller account.
Delete your Travel Network Canada account
- Sign in to your TNC traveller account.
- Open Privacy & Data.
- Review the account footprint shown on the page.
- Complete the deletion confirmation. Local-password accounts must also confirm their current password.
Deletion removes the traveller profile and account-owned planning data covered by the account database relationships. If the account owns a published travel business profile, TNC requires support review first so a legitimate business listing is not silently orphaned or removed.
Disconnect Google or Facebook without deleting TNC
Open Profile & Security and disconnect the provider. TNC will not let you remove your only sign-in method unless another provider or a local password is available.
Provider-side access
Disconnecting or deleting your TNC account removes the stored TNC provider identity link. You may also revoke Travel Network Canada from your Google Account or Facebook account settings. TNC does not store your Google or Facebook password.
Need help?
If you cannot access your account or need help with a business-owned profile, use the Support Centre or contact form.
